The MyVenture flow, start to finish
  1. 1Register your venture: name, one-line description, industry, Venture Ambition, your account.
  2. 2Discovery: yes/no questions with follow-ups — entity, founders, product, users, validation, revenue model.
  3. 3Your classification: we tell you your Stage (0–4) and Venture Profile. Stage is locked; profile is adjustable.
  4. 4Milestones: check off the challenges you've already done (pre-checked from discovery). Scorecard shows your starting Traction Score.
  5. 5Dashboard: score bar, progress ring toward your boss, streak, badges, one primary action, cohort leaderboard.
  6. 6Weekly report: ten numbers, live points, Lock In My Week, animated payoff, next-week focus. Due Sunday midnight.
  7. 7Challenges: complete steps for points; when Boss Ready, submit kill-shot proof. Officials approve → ceremony, bonus, new stage.
  8. 8Leaderboards, team & mentor log, history — all inside MyVenture.
